I bought one and its not spraying i waste my money

Not necessarily. It sucks but I've bought defective bottles even from a store for other brands. I'd contact the seller and see if they could maybe replace the bottle that doesn't spray. It's a very lovely scent so not a waste if they'd be able to rectify the issue. 😉
