Works just like they said it would

This was to be a slam dunk for getting my original unit replaced. I read the specs and matched it to this unit, but after waiting for almost 2 months to receive it, I finally got it and attemped (after following instructions) to set up this unit, but with little success. It's not LG compatible as stated. Unfortunately, I didn't read the return date window and noticed I only had 6 days to return it and that was yesterday when I really discovered that this didn't wholly work correctly. Now I'm stuck with a unit that isn't worth much since I can't get the guide to work and can't control the sound! Contacted seller who stated that I could get a full refund and I agreed to that. Received an email stating that I could exchange the unit for a new one at a discounted price. Now that wouldn't work as the original unit is not compatible with my LG unit. Get another email and now they are backing out of the full refund and offering 30% refund only. So they went from 100% to 30% in a matter of a couple of days! Not a way to earn trust in this seller! Stay away from their products and save yourself some agony with dealing with this sort of business!

I originally gave this product a 1 star review but I have since realised that it cannot be used without a clear line of sight between the remote and the receiver (the only available usb port was behind the television). Once I got a usb extension cable for the receiver, it worked well enough to be useful.

No working good

Oh! This worked perfectly on my LG OLED TV with 3D. Model 9600 Followed directions and within 10 minutes it was working. The pointer, 3D, selections for menu to Netflix YouTube www etc. At the bottom of the remote over the green key is the one to change to your connections like DVD, AMAZON.CABLE. And the wheel still operates picture sound etc. I was totally shocked. What is weird it won't register bit it works just fine At the bottom of the remote is text info focus buttons they don't do anything. I am pleased it works period. Yeah!

It can replace the original remote control

Received this remote and the only function that works good is the on/ off switch.. Have a hard time when usng the ok control. It does not depress with any ease. When pressing any number or to change channels these switches do no function...

The pointer stops and starts and jitters around. Almost unusable. While the remote is supposed to be compatible with my TV model, the buttons do not match. The gear opens up my app tray and the home button does nothing. Chinese made garbage.
