Burns kernels and doesn’t make lots of pop
Pops 20 percent of the kernels and the remaining would burn…

desappointed
We are very desappointed with the Popper. We use Orville Redenbacher kernels and the kernels don't fully pop. We try different kids of oil, shaking and still no succes. We are upset , for the amount money we spend, we expected a lot more. We contacted Presto and here is there answer :Hello Sylvie. I am sorry that I did not catch that you were writing from Canada. The Presto® Orville Redenbacher’s Stirring Popper has not been manufactured to meet Canadian electrical standards, it is not certified by Canadian Underwriters Labs; therefore Presto does not sell this product in Canada and it is not warrantied in Canada.I recommend you contact the company that you purchased the popper from for an exchange.

Doesn’t work as expected
I don’t like the fact that there’s no on/off switch. It also seems to take a very long time to cook. I have my popcorn spinning for ages before I hear any popping sounds and then some pop and it’s as if it starts all over again and then the rest pop. I’ve never had all my seeds pop which seems like a waste to me. The container is massive and you assume you can make a large enough qty but if the seeds don’t pop, what else can you do. You’ll be there all night trying to make a nice load of popcorn. My precious little hello kitty popcorn maker did a far better job and I got popcorn fairly quickly

Very easy to use and pops virtually every kernel
On e of the very nice things is that it makes no mess. You just add the kernels, and a bit of oil and then place the cover on, plug the unit in and wait for the poping to stop/slow down to almost no additional pops. The unit is extremely easy to clean. The only item is the inside gets quite hot and I would not recommend for use by young children. But that would apply to most corn poppers as it takes a high temperature to cause the kernels to pop

Not worth spending more. Buy the cheaper competitor version
For a product made by a company that makes the Kernels it is very disappointing. First of all there is no switch, you plug it in and it activated which I find to be not safe. Secondly the kernels do not fully “pop” even if you leave the machine running for a while. It is more expensive than the competitive product and inferior in the popper kernels it produces. The machine claims that there would be no unpopped kernels which is neither true but worst the kernels that pop have a more chewy texture. Yes I do use Orville kernels. Definitely would go back to the competition.

Pretty decent
Pretty decent electrical popcorn popper. The popcorn was good but the butter inlet makes the popcorn moist so add the butter after. The box was pretty banged up when the item was delivered but item was not damaged
