Works Very Well For What I Purchased it For—The sound of relaxing running water.
The media could not be loaded. This is a small unit, it is not a powerful unit, but it works well for what I purchased it for: 1. Size, 2. Not too powerful, 3. Ability to power the unit without having to plug it into the wall socket using a simple phone charger.I’ve attached a video of the pump working. Although the water feature appears large, it is not. I’m using a small pot surrounded by small potted plants, staged on my coffee table. I wanted something cheap that would allow me to hear the sound of relaxing running water simply by drilling holes in a pot and saucer that I had already laying the house.Problems: The pump is very quiet. The only problems I encountered came from user error—water depth and flow intensity. The pump worked better when totally submerged under water. Also, the flow of the water can be adjusted by pushing the little tab in front of the pump from left or right. I have no intentions of running this pump 24 hours, seven days a week, and I don’t think any reasonable person would either, expecting a small cheap pump to last forever under those conditions.

Purrfect replacement pump for Catit Fountain
This was a just right to replace the damaged pump in our catit water fountain. It was a little more powerful than tgeoriginal and was shooting water passed the bowl so we took the spout out.It is a little loud but thats ok!

Works fine in my Catit Fountain
I ordered this pump when the original on my Catit fountain died after less than a year. Buying a replacement pump from Catit cost almost as much as a new fountain, which was ridiculous. I took a chance and went with this and it's been working great for the last 2+ months for far less money.Updated: Downgrading by 1* because this pump just died. It's been getting louder and louder, even though I clean it once a week and keep the water full. I cleaned it today and it won't turn back on. So it lasted 5 months. :( At this point, I'm ready to toss the whole fountain, except I just ordered another 6 filters. So I'll order another pump and see if the filters or motor come to an end first.

Works great as a replacement
Had to adjust the waterflow setting but it works perfectly for a replacement for my cat's flower water fountain

Bought Before and it worked well, THOUGH this SPECIFIC PUMP STOPPED working in 1 month of use
I replaced a previous PUMP that worked for a few years, and this new one stopped working in less than one month from when I installed it. (I have the SAME Cat Water dish in 2 houses as I like the flowing water dish and have not had issues with the 1st 3 pumps worked without issue till they wore out years later,)** I am aggravated as I did test the pump when it1st arrived, and did not need it until Sept when the previous pump made loud noise. So less than 1 month and the new one no longer pumps water up.

Rather noisy
The media could not be loaded. I bought this pump to replace an original Catit fountain pump that had worked great for years but had lost power recently. I installed this one and yes, it does work, produces a good flow and the cats are ok with it. But it's so noisy that I'm going to have to get a different one. Turn up the volume on my video to hear it for yourself. If your fountain isn't in a noise sensitive place then you likely won't care. Mine is near my bedroom and too annoying to live with.Easy to install. Good pumping strength. Haven't used it long enough to comment on durability or lifespan.

It works. very little to no noise on the one I got.
Not the most powerful water pump but it is a low powered water pump. I put it in a cooler to make a water to air cooler with a coil. It works and pumps water up and through the coil with no issues. At first it would not pump water out of the coil with the lid up. When I lowered the lid, the water started coming out. I ran it for 2.5 hours with no issues with the pump. Takes all of 1.2 watts to operate, as soon as you plug it in it starts up. I cannot hear any noise from it at all. To tell that it was running I touched it and felt it vibrating. I put a usb tester on it to find out how much power it draws. 5.1 to 5.2 volts at 0.21 to 0.22 amps. About 1.2 watts. Not enough to register on the display of the power bank I used.

I figured it out!!
A lot of reviews say that the flow sucks after a while when you put the front grate back on after cleaning the pump. I found this as well, but then I realized there is a sliding panel on the front grate. If you keep it in the open position the pump works fabulously! So really all the pump issues after first wash are because no one knows that panel exists to open and close the water flow to the pump.

Not perfect but works
This pump doesn’t spray the water but at least gets it up for my cats water fountain. Very quiet running. Will buy again

UPDATE
This worked well for close to 3 weeks. It began to make a buzzing sound after the 2nd week when the water level was close to the top funnel of the pump. Then suddenly after cleaning, it stopped pumping. And one of the suction feet broke off. Cheap, cheap. Spend the extra $5 and get the CAtit recommended pump!
