Items suited what I needed them for

Having just become really into callisthenics after years of weightlifting one of the things I notice was that you need a few bits and bobs to get a great workout including pull up bars, paralettes and trx type of setup to do rows and flyes (I used gym handles and some 550 paracord), the problem was always finding somewhere to use them, often I’d take the park with my kids and throw them over a low branch for pull-ups or playground equipment or over my outside pull up bars. But frankly I sometime hate having to go outside in the rain and I saw one of these door anchors somewhere and got it off slim panda. It came with the usual Amazon speediness and the first time I tried it I did wonder why I took so long to find out about it and why they aren’t more popular. The whole range of trx type of callisthenic work is at your disposal on any door, at home, workplace or on holiday (they’ll def be coming on holidays with me); flyes, pistol squats, all angles of rows and pulls. I was rather tentative about putting weight on the door but it completely holds my weight- just make sure there’s no one to simply open the door from the other side! You’ll find comfort in the fact the room behind the door is empty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this, for something so inexpensive it provide incredible range. Great company too.

Good price, arrived quickly, gave one to a friend, kept the other for myself. Does exactly what I want it to do when exercising and looks like it'll last.

Bought this as a replacement, really pleased that that there were 2 in the box. They are sturdy and work perfectly with my resistance bands.

If you’re doing exercises/physio work at home this does the trick. Put it over your door, close it and put your elastic band through it - job done! Brilliant 🤩

Love this indoor exercise set. Good quality and easy to set up. I like to use it while watching TV. It’s perfect for people who don’t have big chunk of time for exercise. Highly recommend.

I just received the product and fitted on the door BUT I noticed one missing part .. [Foot Ankle] is Missing

This item is really well made. The straps are reasonably thick and will be more than enough to do the job. all the sewing looks excellent and the parts that join it together are made out of metal- so it's a keeper. A similar one on the internet was going for three times this much.

I need to do some in-home physical therapy after an accident broke my wrist, hands, and messed up a shoulder. I had been tying the stretch bands to door knobs, which works, but it makes it hard to open the door, or to attach multiple bands to one door. Not to mention, I was always concerned the band would stretch enough to slip over the door knob. This four-pack was great, and included the little carabiners. I tied a carabiner onto each band, and can easily hook and unhook the bands to these straps. Plus, these straps are far more secure than tying to a door knob! The four pack is perfect, I can attach them to multiple doors, and even keep one handy for when I travel. Great value for four straps and four carabiners, and well-made products!
