Bought this after trying a much more expensive brand. The kraut is tangy and not too salty. Great addition to most meals or to mix into salad. Really important to get unpasteurised for maximum benefits. Great value for money.

I love this kraut and their traditional, however , I wish they would shred the cabbage a bit more. It is tightly packed and comes out in large clumps as it tangled in itself. Can be a pain.

I like the product, perhaps a little under fermented for my taste. Not sure exactly what I was expecting, but certainly something better than I can make at home for pennies. My biggest issue is the price, at £6 or £7 i would definitely by it again, but the simplicity of making sauerkraut outweighs the cost to buy, with cabbage at around 80p a kilo i can make 10 jars for half the price with only a couple of hours of time invested. Its a shame, I was expecting something special at this price point.

This red cabbage product is seriously crunchy and fresh tasting with a hint of cumin. Better than my homemade! Arrived in good time and well packaged.

I searched and searched for a good saurkrout... and after days and almost giving up... I found this amazing one.... no one was complaing about mouldy so I went for it.... soo sooo sOoOoo glad I did.... my very first experience with saurkrout... and this was AMAZINGLY beautiful... looked fresh and healthy.... Not something I think i could make myself... defiently will be buying on regular.. when other one finishes..... thank you for my amazing product... This is the first sauerkraut I have ever tried and i have fallen absolutely in love with it. I've tried others since and have decided this is absolutely the best! I was so upset when it became out of stock! I've just ordered more! And I will forever order. Never stop making this!
