would be my only complaint. great supliment

I have used this brand for years. This is my go to for workouts and recovery for long runs and cross training. Def worth it because you need one product vs two. So more economical and goes a long way. Glutamine powder is a must if you want to recover faster and BCAA well your body needs them after strenuous activity.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews of old product, but I remained hopeful & I am so glad I took a chance. This is not only a great deal, the product is new, fresh seal, does not expire until 2024(which will definitely be used up before exp.), & tastes exactly like the product I have come to know & love. Thank you!

I can’t speak for the long term results of using this product yet. I was a part of an accident that resulted in a broken knee cap, I’ve been in a full leg brace and muscular atrophy set in quickly. For rehab, I wanted something that would help me rebuild muscle quickly so, based on this products amount/ratio of BCAAs and the generous amount of glutamine, I went with this brand. The label looks promising, is all I can say regarding that for now.Taste- it isn’t too sweet, that’s a definite plus. For me, I’m getting a bit of a bitter after taste. I’m not a huge fan of watermelon and that is the only flavor option I found, so many I’m just biased based on that.

If you buy this you will be more disappointed with this product than any other supplement you have ever bought I guarantee it. Don't get sucked in by amazing looking ingredients...Pure garbage. If someone likes the taste of this they must have no taste buds...as someone else has said in a review on here, it tastes like straight cayenne pepper or black pepper. It burns your throat and mouth. And I eat anything... but now that I bought 2 tubs of this I am figuring out how I can trick people into drinking this just as a prank.It is so awful they have to be joking, it's like putting black pepper and stevia in a blender and then drinking it...so be sure you like that taste before purchasing this...It's interesting because all the ingredients that are listed I have in other supplements and nothing tastes like this. You will absolutely regret this purchase...seriously stop thinking of buying it now...if you still buy it after reading this you're not very smart...no for real, I am trying to save you money not be a hater...find another supplement and forget this one exists...

I don't think products of this type are ever going to be enjoyable, unless they're loaded with the fake stuff. I think this product tastes fine, and it does kind of make you itchy, but I think you grow a tolerance for it over time. I don't have any issues with it after 8 uses. Also, 10 oz of product is really not an unmanageable amount to consume during a workout.I will buy again, and won't pursue other products unless I can find a cheaper one of the same quality.

This bcaa powder is awesome no artificial sweeteners!!! I first have to say I read one of the reviews, that was given a 1 star rating, because it made him "itchy", first of all it has beta-alanine in it which will make you tingly/itchy. So read the ingredients and do your research on products before you buy them. This is an outstanding product, it has helped me put on descent lean muscle, and helps preserve muscle on a calorie deficit. I do notice faster muscle recovery, and DOMS doesn't seem to be as intense.

not my favorite flavor out of the bunch but it did the trick. I've tried a few of their other flavors which are better but this one was the cheapest so I guess I can't complain that much. product seemed to work as advertised.
