Extrêmement efficace, lames extrêmement tranchante (Attention aux doigts). Structure solide et bien finie. Par contre, pas de réglage d'épaisseur. L'épaisseur de coupe est de 1,4 mm. Très bien pour couper les condiments, concombres mais pas pour les oignons (Ils deviennent fibreux).

I use this all the time. It is a single setting but so much quicker and easier than my big Mandolin. I use it for thinly sliced veg for stir fry, veggie bakes, soups and it's great for finely sliced garlic and ginger. Love it

I have been looking for a mandolin that would slice super thin. And this one fits the bill perfectly. Super super sharp, so be very very careful. I can now slice my potatoes is record time and they make the best potato chips. I would recommend this item for this purpose. It would make super thin cucumber slices for sandwiches and radishes & carrots for salads. Shreds cabbage for Cole slaw. Can't wait to try haystack onion rings. It might be a little too thin for other things like tomatoes or where you would need thicker slices.
