No, this item is not complete – it is expected to be used with an additional aid. This right angle tool is designed to work with someone who has no dexterity or mobility in their fingers/grip. A universal cuff is a band or other fixture which wraps around the palm in the area near the web of the thumb perpendicular to the length of the arm, and near the base of the pinky.
