Water Filters
I find these filters rather expensive, however they do need replacement after 6000 gallons. Easy to install.

Easy install
Very easy install. Even comes with a new battery. Had fun replacing the filters together with my 3 yo. Was that easy. Recommend having some sort of catch bowl when swapping the actual filters though.Edit: On the 3rd or 4th purchase and replacement, no water was coming out of the faucet. Ultimate solution was found on Reddit. Carbon filter housing is slightly too short for the housing and needs to be propped up by placing something small inside beneath the filter. I used a rubber washer. Not sure if this is a filter defect or due to natural use of the filter system. But the solution works very well.

Defective but got the replacement fairly fast. All good after.
There was no water flow upon installed. After calling the manufacturer, it turned out that the black filter is a little short. Return and replacement process with Amazon was swift. Now it runs as normal.

Easy to install, but need to loosen slightly for water to flow
These filters are fairly easy to install and the price on Amazon, especially with the Subscribe & Save discount, is sometimes better than directly with Aquasana, even with their Water for Life discount.A few notes from my installation:- For some reason my Aquasana never beeped to indicate that it was time to replace the filters, even after 9 months. When I first put the battery in, it did beep 5 times and the light blinked red, but it hasn't done anything since.- I found it a little difficult to open up the sumps. Just required some brute force to start unscrewing it.- After installing the new filters and turning back on the water supply, the filtered water flow was very slow, even after waiting multiple minutes. Ultimately I had to slightly unscrew each of the sumps and even loosen the sediment filter's connection to the filtration system. Once I did this the water flowed normally. Some other reviewers have mentioned having to do the same.

Great tasting water. Great filtration. Leaks without reworking the filter a few times.
I would have given it 5 stars IF when replacing the filter (both when I first bought it) and without playing with the filter housing a few times, and finally loosening the pre-filter housing and repositioning when I screw it back in did it finally actually run and also not leak. It would run only when turned 3/4 of the way. But of course it would leak. No matter what I did when fully turned it would stop running. So I finally repositioned the housing and it finally worked. Please fix or make this more descriptive in the instructions.
