Bought these to use for helping my plantar fasciitis. They are solid (hard) but not too hard. My only complaint is that they tend to have a lot of "static cling" to them and pick up dirt, dust and animal hair very quickly when using them. I realize that is a minor issue, and I vacuum and sweep and dust daily because I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but because I am a fit of a clean freak, it is annoying when there is dust or dog hair on the balls after I use them. They also are a bit slippery and when I use them on my hardwood floor, they can slide. I put a towel down and that helps. Would be nice if they were not so slippery on hard surfaces. They also slide a bit on carpeting.

I just bought the balls and they can quickly and in good shape. The product info leads you to his website and video. They balls are helping already. His video show a track you can purchase too and uses both balls, but I find that I can easily find “the spots” with just one ball.

These theropy balls r the best ive come across so far. I used 2 use the green "yoga body" ball, & i realy liked it but after a cpl months it got soft, lost shape & was ineffective. So i tried the "knotty body" ball (2) & within the 1st cpl minutes of use they flattend like foam & 1 of them cracked. Then i tried these ones out. Ooooohweee! Extra firm, they hold their shape & dont crack. & theyre just a wee bit bigger in diamiter than the others so u can realy get in there @ the deep spots. I had low back surgery ( micro discectomy - lumbar, L5 s1) & i use them 4 my back mostly but also use them on my feet , calfs, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, & neck. Best theropy message balls ever! & they arrived in 2 days!

These deep massage balls are helpful but I wish I had gone to their web site before purchasing them. If I had known more about their other products I would have purchased a different set of massage balls. These work okay but I need a set of balls for a deeper massage and would have purchased the harder ones that they have. From the description on amazon.com these seemed to fit my needs but from their web site I definitely would not have purchased this set. They are good, sturdy, and there is not a smell. The feel is not bad and I can feel some good effect but for the price I would definitely would have gone up to a more denser set of massage balls. I highly recommend visiting their web site before making your purchase if you want to make sure you are getting the right product for your needs.

They work great, helps relax neck and shoulder tensions and muscles. Great for people with osteoarthritis in the neck and shoulders. Highly recommend.
