Hi, I was recently put on a very low sodium diet lately. So, If you check out the sodium in Salt you'll find it has a total of 1600 mg of sodium in a single teaspoon. That is supposed to be my daily limit. So the fact that ZEA salt substitute is only 300 mg per tsp, is a big difference. It also tastes much more salty than regular salt, it is also quite high in potassium. Hope this helps. Just so you know, I love my ZEA salt subst. I seldom use a full tsp. in anything. Blessings!

Q: How is it possible to be 80% potassium when the ingriedients say 1248g of potassium in one tsp (3g)?? That's only 41%?
