They need to lower the amount of sugar by at least 5 grams. Its too sweet. But the rest is great.

a wonderful introduction to matcha. The sweetness without the addition of artificial sweeteners is such a gift. I didn't think I could try this product without sweetness. I knew adding the artificial sweetener would be defeating the purpose. I is refreshing, not so bland, bitter or earthy (if you know what I mean. I put a packet in to an ice cold bottle of water every day. Just shake it up, and it dissolves immediately. it is also great hot or in my protein smoothie. I find it a great replacement for between meal snacking. I like it even more than I thought I would. The health benefits are evident to me more and more each day.

Sadly, just one ingredient of concern....
I love this stuff, it's the best matcha I have ever tasted. However, I think I am going to stop buying it because the erythritol is concerning. I wish they would use something like monkfruit as a sweetener instead."Erythritol can increase blood clot formation, which may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. One study found that people who used erythritol as a sweetener had a three-year increased risk of major adverse cardiac events." The National Institute of Health notes "consuming erythritol can increase blood clot formation. This, in turn, could increase the risk of heart attack or stroke."
