Q: I have lighter olive skin (half Indian). Will this be dark enough for me?

I would say so. Im Irish and Puerto Rican so my skin is a light olive as well.

Q: can I use this on my arms? I have a sleeveless jumpsuit I want to wear, but my arms are stark white with some cellulite.

I use a primer before and after applying to help it stay...I wouldn't use this on my body, it's not shimmery like a bronzer you're imagining...it's more like a darker brown for contouring
