How well do these pinpoint sound in front and behind you? I play a lot of Warzone.

I have these, tried all the major brands, including the SteelSeries 7x and Astro A40's and still prefer these by a long shot.

Why are these powering on and off (and pairing to dongle) by themselves constantly? So frustrating. What am i missing?

I can’t answer this completely. I can say I didn’t like them because you had to wire them via USB / dongle to use them. They were not wireless for the Ps4 as stated. So I sent them back. I found a better pair (turtle beach- around same price) and they are wireless and work on just about anything. With microphone and great quality.

Will this work with xbox 1S?

Yes, Bluetooth dock plugs right into a USB port.

If i connected to laptop / cpu via wireless ¿does the microphone work?

Yes, the whole headset works on PC at 100% functionality. Tested many hours, love it.
