Gaia Black Seed Oil, I Lord very it. It even does a better job than some of the oils, If you Don’t like the taste of the oils This is for you with a Stronger amount of the ingredient that u want it’s hard to find 10% in oil or pill I bought it because of its anti-inflammation properties. Don’t like the after taste, common with black seed oil. This is the real thing, but unfortunately I can’t use black seed oil.I pierced a capsule and smelled and tasted it. It is authentic black seed oil. Once you taste BS oil, you’ll never forget the taste…If you need the capsules vs liquid this would be a good choice.

Very helpful. Not too intense like some similar things that cause pain. It’s a must when we’re battling something!

Add this to your daily vitamin regimen it's a great product to have.
