Q: is this to tan in the sun> what is the difference between enhacer, accelerator and tan lotion?

It can be used in the sun or at the tanning booths.... It does not have any protection factor, if using outside by itself only about 15 mins depending on your skin type. You can wear it under suntan lotion which has some spf (sun protector factor) 2-4-6-8-15 etc. It accelerates to tanning.

Q: Can this be combined with sunscreen when tanning outdoors?

sure, you can use sunscreen. this lotion is both, for indoor and outdoor tanning.

Q: Does the bottle come sealed? In the salon it has a seal over the lid to ensure that it is in fact BRAND NEW.

Mine did not. I just received this product and it literally has a single little piece of scotch tape to keep the flip top lid shut, with no factory seal. Not sure why it wouldn't be sealed, but makes me very uncomfortable.
