I have been adding Encour to my water for about 5 days now. I don't see an immediate "boost" of energy, but the flavor taste GREAT! I can't stand plain water and this does encourage me to drink more water. I do like having an option to add vitamins to my water that tastes great. I gave it 4 stars because it is quite expensive. If the price was a but lower, I would give it 5 stars.

Tastes good...dont feel like it gives me alot more energy though...been drinking it daily for 3 1/2 months now. Don't know if ill.order anymore tho.

after being on product for a. Outlet of months I began experiencing leg/foot cramps which ended up being severe seriously disturbing my ability to sleep. After researching creatine ( main ingredient in Encore) I stopped Encore that day and within days my cramps began to subside. My sleep has now returned. I seriously recommend not using this product. I thought I had canceled this product but apparently had not...DO NOT USE is my offering

I love this product, just add to water or other beverage, this is full of vitamins and it really makes you feel great. I have been taking this for over a week and notice a difference, more energy and just feel better overall. Check with your doctor but I highly recommend this to everyone.
