Damn. Lives up to the hype.
Immediate heat with maybe a fruity note. A few drops (1-3) is all you need to add an unpleasant heat on your tongue that is strangely addicting. Drops of this have replaced spice elements in things like aglio/olio, the salsas in my chipotle order (when extra liquid ruins the structural integrity of the burrito). This is also really good in tomato sauce. Finding this has resulted in several internet searches for other "craft" hot sauces to try. Definite keeper that I will have to by online as I can't fond this in stores. Bought in Jan 2026 for $5.09 plus tax when a few other Tabascos were discounted

It hurts twice!
Only recently heard of the Scorpion pepper and figure I'd give this a try. It does not dissapoint. It's got a bigger kick than the standard Tabasco suace... but not as vinegary or fermented flavor. It's not bad .. I'd use it in soups or chili or anything to add a little kick. But if you want more flavor and less heat, I think the other lines are better. It's got it's niche in my collection of hot sauce. It's a lighter viscosity like the tabasco... so you kinda use it differently than a thicker siracha situation. I think over a burger would be bomb.

More flavor, more heat, still Tabasco!
Tabasco has always been my go to, general purpose sauce. The original isn't very spicy and chicken is just the sponge for me to eat Tabasco. I'm a fan of the vinegary flavor of Tabasco, but would like a little more heat. Tabasco Scorpion Sauce is surprisingly good. It seems a little thicker than regular Tabasco, but with more flavor and heat. I still use a ton of regular Tabasco, but occasionally I want more heat with less liquid -- and this is the solution.

WARNING ⚠️: Dangerously Good and Seriously Hot!
This Scorpion Sauce is no joke. It is spicy, delicious, spicy, and then even spicier on top of that. It is nothing like the original Tabasco. The original tastes light and vinegary. This one is thick, rich, salty, and extremely hot. If the original Tabasco is a 3 out of 10 in heat, this is a solid 10. One small dab will get your tongue buzzing and your eyes watering. You will probably reach for milk, and then you will want another bite because the flavor is really good. I would use it more often if it didn’t blow my head off, but the taste is fantastic and the heat feels clean, not bitter. If you love hot sauce and enjoy real heat, this is a fun one to keep in the kitchen. Just start with tiny drops. It’s intense, but it’s delicious.

Spicier Than Expected from Tabasco!
Really good! Pleasantly surprised. Holds it's own against other scorpion pepper hot sauces for heat. Hotter than Heartbeat Hot Sauce's scorpion sauce, hotter than Secret Aardvark's scorpion sauce, I'd put it ~7/10 (it would be a 6th or 7th sauce on a Hot One's lineup). I like the flavor, it's a very straightforward scorpion pepper and vinegar flavor. Much appreciated as most hot sauces in this heat range add bizarre ingredients to set themselves apart. It's not at all uncommon for Trinidad scorpion sauces to add grapes, orange juice, cloves, ginger, allspice, and so many of them mix habanero and bell peppers to reduce the scorpion pepper's heat. I got the little bottle to try it out, but I will definitely be buying again!

Good, if you can handle super spicy.
First off, if you want to take a step up from classic Tabsaco, this is not for you. For spiceheads, it is spicy. It has a short intense burn, but overall burn long. Taste fits the heat. Not as smokey as ghost pepper, but not bitter like reaper. A little vinegary, but it's not the star. My warning, watch your gut! Eat something before trying. It hits the gut harder then the mouth. If you can handle it, yeah, it's good
