No usaba olla a presión por miedo debido a un accidente en casa hace unos años. Me animé con esta olla y es excelente. Segura, con buena capacidad y funciona muy bien. Hace rato que la tengo y no había hecho reseña, me ha funcionado de maravilla para muchas preparaciones desde guisos hasta sopas.

I like it that it is bid enough to actually do canning in. I used to have an old fashioned pressure cooker that I actually did roasts and soups in. I can still those things along with the canning ability. I have done one roast in it. It was tender and good. It’s just harder to know how to control the pressure than my old pressure cooker was.

Disappointed – Steam Release Valve Failed After Just 3 UsesI was initially excited to try this pressure cooker, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration. After only three uses, the steam release valve completely stopped working properly. It either gets stuck or doesn’t release pressure safely, which makes the cooker both unreliable and potentially dangerous.I followed all the cleaning and maintenance instructions to the letter, so this is clearly a design or quality control issue. For something that’s supposed to make cooking easier and safer, this product has done the opposite. I expected a lot more durability, especially for the price.Definitely would not recommend – spend your money on a more reliable brand.

This pot is made out of very good material. Very sturdy and simple to use. Makes bone broth in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend!
