I purchased this for my husband and the first one came broken. I requested for a replacement because the glass came broken. They quickly sent out another to me in great time. I needed it by the time my husband came back from a trip. It worked out perfectly. The only issue we had is the smoke came out from under the glass but we placed it under the kitchen vent.

It works exactly as promised and makes a pretty addition to our bar.
