I recently purchased this chair that looks comfortable, durable and reliable hydraulic system. However, within 20 days of use, the chair's hydraulic pipe support made of flimsy plastic shattered into pieces, resulting in a terribly unstable and rocking chair. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with this product.When I made the decision to invest in a new chair, I expected it to withstand regular daily use without any major issues. unfortunately, this chair fell short of my expectations in remarkably short amount of time. The poor quality of the hydraulic pipe support is simply unacceptable. Plastic components are inherently prone to breakage, and it is baffling that such a vital part of the chair was made using such a fragile material.It is not only uncomfortable but also poses a safety risk. I constantly feel on edge, fearing that the chair might give way completely at any moment. It is frustrating to think that I paid a significant amount of money for a product that is now essentially useless.It is shame that a seemingly well-designed chair can be rendered useless due to a single component's failure.

Worth the money

Worth for each and every penny, i have purchased 5 chairs not even a single scratch or damage, i live in Andaman they sent me from North India, It's very easy to install and quality is Top Notch, it cost me ₹3339/- per chair. Kudos to the manufacturer and seller highly recommend you guys. If anyone is looking for premium office chairs for staffs without any second thought go for this project.

Pros:Its good considering the price point and other feature.Cons:If your height is more than 5.5 you will face neck pain issue
