We were usuing a pitcher filter for five years with no problem at all until Wilko closed most of their shops. Also, we find it time consuming to refill the jug every now and again. I looked at the over the sink filters but find it hassle to think of the place to fit it The undersink filters make it complicated when you have to make a hole in the meral sink to install the faucet. This is the solution for all of it. Fast to filter the water. And most of all, very easy to assemble. No leakage at all. The design is very minimalist and not too bulky. The quality of the water is great. I’ll still see how it is to easily change the filter after 3 months but I assume it will barely make a sweat. Great value for money.

Great product, very good build quality and installed it very easily in 2 minutes. I didn't need to use any of the adapters provided and just screwed it directly on to my tap. Flushed the system for a few mins as instructed and the water is so clear and clean tasting.

Amazing easy to fit in 2 mins. Did t need the adaptor. The only issues was unscrewing the original end of the tap. Tastes like bottled water and really good flow. Already told family and friends to buy one ☝️.

Perhaps my unit was defective, but this filter simply does not work. After the (remarkably easy) installation, I turned on the tap to see a bunch of black water coming out. After that, the water was clear and I immediately noticed it was coming out at full speed.I'd expect any sort of filter to impede the flow of water, which it does not. There is also no appreciable change in how the water tastes, whereas this is significant with a BRITA filter jug.It's possible that my water pressure is too high for this to handle and it forced the actual filtration material out. I have no idea, but this product definitely is not filtering my water at all.I've still found it useful as a directional water spout, but it's hard to recommend from my experience. Get a standard filter jug instead, and with the cost savings, you can throw in some extra filters to boot.

Very nice build quality! As long as your mixer is compatible with one of the 2 adapters supplied it's really easy to install.It drops the spout hight about 3 to 4 cm so could be an issue in very small sinks but the filter tilts up to about 45 deg so I have no issues filling larger bottles.One star off for the lack of a filter-life indicator but easy enough to put a reminder on my phone. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect. Water tastes great.

I am unable to say much about its water purifying effect. My baby's skin felt different (less dry) after bathing him with filtered water.I like that it is filter that goes on the faucet rather than shower head, and you don't need to get an under sink unit. It was easy to install with one of tge adapters. The flow through the filter is slow, which is why I've taken a star.At present it feels like good value gor money

The media could not be loaded. Really quick and easy too assemble and fit. It took me two minutes and the water has a completely different taste now clean and fresh. It’s so much nicer than having a filter jug the water is always nice and cold

I purchased this and filters on 30 June 2023 it performed excellent but it has since started to rust at the nozzle/water sprout which is not good for drinking. Maybe I had too high expectations on this lasting
