Very precise and easy to use.Pro tip: always set your eye with pressed or loose powder beforehand, apply eyeliner and then set with black eyeshadow after. Use a fan looking brush to sweep away fallout and you are good to go. Speaking as an oily eyelid gal, this technique keeps the eyeliner on all day at work without drying or crisping, or worse.. melting off!
