Worst shields ever. Could not hammer them down like instructions dictated without them bending. Would not stay one length

More than I expected. High quality and fit perfectly.

Positives: This heat shield for a gas grill consists of two stainless steel pieces. Both pieces are formed at about a 130 degree angle, with one piece having straight edges along both sides, and the other piece having inward formed u shapes. The first piece slides into the second piece, which aligns both pieces and holds them together. On both ends of both pieces, a slot is cut so that each end can be bent inward to fit into the recess of the grill body for a snug fit. The ability to slide the two pieces also enables you to adjust the length for a proper fit from front to back of grill. Note: There is no mechanism to lock the length of the two pieces once positioned, so I drilled a small hole thru the overlapped section and locked it with stainless steel screw and nut. Negatives: None found Summary: This stainless heat shield is the best designed heat shield I have seen, and it is very versatile for fitment to a variety of grills.

These heat tents are a functional replacement for the originals which are out of production. They do the job even though they don't fit the original hangers exactly. They are easy to adjust to the appropriate length. They are working fine, and I've gotten my gas grill back into use due to the availability of this product.

It was exactly what I was looking for. It's working exactly like the original ones did.

An inexpensive alternative to the more more costly OEM tents. Adjustable length is very nice. Just stretch them out until they fit!
