I've been using this product for well over 12 months. It's by far the best, keeps you regular and helps flush out a bad night out off the diet 😉. Worth every penny. Tried loads of brands before this one, and none of them can compete. Just buy it, the good reviews here are genuine 👍

No signs of anything happening
Easy to swallow. Nor too keen on taste, as I can taste them as I swallow them, but I've taken them for 2 days but not worked yet. Being hopeful

Good product
Useful portion size, and the peppermint extract is a nice addition. The capsules have no bad taste. Reccomend starting with 1 a day to begin with.

Get Moving!!!
This certainly does what it claims to do. After only a few days, my - ahem - movements were smooth and regular. Some people find the size and flavour of the capsule a problem. Not for me. The capsule is fine in size and the taste hardly noticeable. A truly great product from a British company that I will be buying more products from.
