DEFLATED WHILST ON FIRST USE.
Couldn't be worse.I inflated the buoy straight out of the package at the beach. Half way through my swim the buoy was flat.I had to terminate my swim and head straight back to shore.The valve was shut and on inspection I found that one of the plastic welded seams had failed.For a safety device this is unacceptable and the product should not be sold.

Water leaked inside !!!
Less than a star !!!All my equipments were wet cuz it leaked water. I never depend on waterproof bags, thats why i put my items inside two plastic bags insidr this floating bag.I never recommend this bag to anyone. If you want a float then u can buy this bag. Its not safe and not waterproof !!!
