Typical Geocel product... EXCELLENT!
This is not the quite same product as the 2300 I have been using for decades on almost any repairs/installations on buildings, but it is still the best caulk you can use on your RV. It works great for roof, siding, window, door, patch, wiring hole, or just about anything you need sealed. It can get a bit messy if you accidentally put you finger in it or have to pull the part right back off... it sticks to almost any dry surface. It is however, fairly easily cleaned up with mineral spirits or "Goof Off" while still tacky. Easily troweled (fingered) with tool or finger that has been wet with mineral spirits (I usually just wet my finger well with spit and smooth/spread it as needed). WAY better than silicone and as someone that has used their other products for almost 30 years both commercially on residential and commercial buildings as well as personal buildings; it lasts and seals much better. I only use silicone when I am considering pulling the seam back apart at some future point. This product is also an adhesive once set. The clear IS clear and REMAINS crystal clear. White is white, and black is black. All these colors are shiny. I have returned to jobs almost thirty years after a seam was sealed with their 2300 tripolymer and it still appeared somewhat fresh and on thicker joints, was still gooey inside (meaning it sealed itself so well that the internal caulk was not able to cure out completely on thicker applications. this is a good thing). I have never found where their caulks have pulled loose on their own like silicone will.

Great product
Just bought a camper and was told this is the best on the market for sealing everything. Just applied it so hopefully everyone is right

Absolutely the best roof sealant I have found for my Lance camper
This is the same sealant that Lance used in the early 2000’s at the factory. It lasts far longer than any of the self-leveling lap sealants that dry out and crack from sun exposure. This sealer is not self leveling, but it can be easily spread smooth with a putty knife. It sticks to surfaces far better than silicone and remains gummy and malleable even after years of exposure to the hot Southern California sun. It provides an excellent seal and lasts a long time.

Tips for sealant are in the wrapping.
I am breaking down boxes and the tips were in the wrapping. Sorry for my mistake on the first review.

Be sure you're ordering the right color!
It's a good product. I've used a lot of the same product in white color. With this order I didn't be sure I was ordering white and I got clear. The clear seems just like regular ol' silocone RTV, but it might not be that at all. The white is definitely not RTV - it works extremely well. Judge is still out about the clear.

It's expensive but works great!
Would like to use this for all my caulking needs, but it's too expensive. My trailer is thankful to be on the receiving end.

Good for the RV
I bought the 3 pack to re-seal around all my seems on the 28' TT. Was not sure how much I would use, but glad I got all 3. Maybe I used too much, but I tried to cut a smaller hole to limit what came out. Application was fairly straight forward, I used paint thinner to clean the existing area and only removed the old sealant if it was flaking or pealing. Because I used the clear stuff it went over top and you could still see original. It is sticky stuff, so make sure you have lots of rags and I recommend clean all first and then apply. Some great video's online, best one I found was from an US dealer called PetesRV.
