Did this kit really come with 3 and 4 inch screws as it's listed but not pictured?

Kit only came with screws up to 2"

Where is this manufactured ?

I don’t know where they are manufactured, however they worked very well when I had to drill thru a marble floor to install a toilet flange. Just use a little water to keep the bit cool.

Will these screws fit the interior of a door lock?

Not sure, only used them on brick outside. I do not think you can on a door lock.
