The item is not comfortable for me because I have some issue on leg but it’s good for the price. I give 1 star because of the Amazon pickup agent who came here to take the chair. The guy was so rude to me and he shouted at me because I couldn’t dismantle the wheel and the seat. I explained I didn’t know how to do that and he said “if you assembled it by yourself, I want you to dismantle it now” I told him there’s no instruction on the manual and he acted so rude. I have never seen someone with kind of behavior in my life. He even asked me why I am not using it and why I issued a return. He then left without picking the item. I am so disappointed

I bought the grey version as a present for my brothers birthday and really liked the comfort and quality for the price. I noticed the lower back support right away. I was due for a new chair and bought the black version for myself a couple months later. I’m 5’10 and 205 lbs. The cushion is soft and firm. The height is just right with out using the leveler handle to raise it at all. The arm handles raise up and down which is nice when I’m not using the chair to push it all the way into my desk. I started by mounting the bracket to the bottom of the seat. Then I screwed the arm handles to the back part of the seat first. After that I installed the bottom seat to the handles. Lastly I put the wheels one the base and covers/caps to the arm handles following the cylinder. Don’t forget the cylinder caps before you mount it to the chair. I did the first time around and had to hammer the base out with a towel to avoid damage to uninstall. Easy to assemble & took about 20/30minutes each time. Includes a hex key tool for the screws. Some people mention having a hard time aligning the screws with the holes but I just pressed down firmly when lined up and had no issues for both chairs. Each screw went in all the way to make contact then I tightened all of them when everything was aligned correctly. If you tighten each one right away, it can be uneven or slightly off when assembled. Price at this time is $131.83 and I bought it for $114.69 with a 20% coupon that was offered on the page. Definitely a deal if you can get it under $100

Sedia pagata per un errore di prezzo sui 75 euro. Ci ha messo un po ad arrivare ma non troppo. Allora, i materiali sono ottimi, le parti in ferro sono robuste, le imbottiture e le cuciture sono fatte bene. Reclinabile, si può abbassare, seduta larga e confortevole e può reggere un peso sui 150 kg. Uniche due pecche: 1) le ruote sono interamente in plastica (si, sembrano robuste ma non saprei fin quando può durare. 2) le istruzioni sono poco chiare. Per il resto, mi sento di consigliarla vivamente, soprattutto se la trovate sotto i 100 euro. Ps: ho trovato una recensione negativa in cui asserisce la mancanza di bulloni... cosa non veritiera, poiché ha montato male la sedia facendo passare l'asta fuori e non dentro, dove ci sono le filettature per i bulloni.

Can’t believe the quality of this chair for the price, exceptional value. The chair is rock solid construction with a high level of finish. I got the one with the red colour accents and it looks fab. Very comfortable sitting at my home desk for long periods. Assembly of the arms onto the two main body parts (seat and backrest) is a little bit fiddly but nothing to be scared of. Just take it slow and it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Pagata davvero poco con un errore di prezzo presumo, la qualità del materiale è straordinaria, la comodità è buona e lo schienale ha il confort per l'estensione minima. Molto consigliata.
