I needed to purchase a new Desktop computer to get with the times and have Windows 11. My salesman at the electronics store actually recommended this microphone and said yo check it out on Amazon. I did and very happy with his recommendation. Price was very reasonable, much less than I thought a microphone would be. Delivery fast & efficient to my doorstep. Right out if box is ready to plug into usb. I like the looks and the ease of use. It’s black, and the base has a good weight to it. Should not easily slide or tip. The long gooseneck is like the ribbed pipes, easily bends and stays in place. Good height stretching ip 11 inches, to accommodate people of all sizes.. children included. The microphone has a foam covering. I like the added features on the base, including a volume dial and a mute button with a LED light indicator to visibly show when Mike is “hot” or not. We’ve used a few times and am very happy with sound quality and ease of use. The flexible neck makes it easy to adjust for comfort so you don’t have to lean in. The mute button works ok. It doesn’t grown out a loud sound like tv, but it muffles it to background so not clear and noticeable. We will enjoy experimenting more with this microphone.

Great mic at a really good price. Months of using an expensive high quality mic I needed a second for a second workstation set up. This one works much better and is MUCH cheaper… as long as it keeps working without any issues, I will be very happy with it. Specifically I like the mute button easy access and how long the flexible neck is, for the mic.

I'm a virtual online DJ and I have used this microphone for more than a month. The sound quality is so much better than the headphone mic I had been using. This gives me a more professional sound, and it's worth double the price. The small-footprint, weighted base gives you a lot of flexibility for placement and the long neck allows lots of adjustment angles. The foam on the mic helps filter ambient noise and "popping your Ps," but you'll wish it were better. I have a fan on nearby and have to move it away, as the mic picks up both its motor noise and the air blowing from it. One quirk is that the mic will always turn on upon bootup, even if you had turned it off. Not a big deal, but anyone who uses a mic prefers that it is always off until you are ready to be heard.

Computer usage works out great. People say my audio sounds great. Like the off and on indicator. Green go Red stop. Always hard to beat a electric condenser cheap mic on computers. Cheap ones work every time.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this mic worked for the price point; compared to the built-in mic that might come with your computer or the mic in your phone, it's a HUGE upgrade, and it's simple to use! Since I'm a recording artist, I thought I'd try using the mic with some musical application (which you can see in the video I posted). For vocals, the recording quality is quite good, but because the voice is so dynamic, the volume is inconsistent, so you would need a lot of compression to make it work. However, the acoustic guitar is not as dynamic, and just from a quick setup, I was able to get some pretty good sounds. If you took the time to record with proper room treatment and strategic mic placement, you could totally get a usable acoustic guitar recording. If you had an “on-the-go” studio with just a laptop, headphones, and interface, this would be a very affordable addition to your set up!

Great microphone. Far superior to the one I originally bought, which was an hours long nightmare to get it to work. This one, I just plugged it into the back of my PC, and it worked perfectly right away. No issues whatsoever. Plus it's a solid feeling, well built piece of equipment. Very happy with it.

It looks like a simple microphone but I recorded an audio book, and I send the track to a professional sound editor and he said, my recording sounded terrific!

Have three of these to use with my door entry video system in a small town Used on desktop PCs to talk to people requesting entry to buildings. Has a manual 'mute' button and a gain-dial to adjust my output. Plug and play, good sound quality.

Serves the purpose, the sound quality is good while using the mic. Value for money.

It's a basic one with no noise cancellation features. So If u r sitting on ur desk and there is a Sterio speaker, there will be echo and the other person won't be hearing your voice clearly. Even it's catching the sound of the fan. So it can't be suggested for meetings or for for recordings. If u r using a headphone instead, u can use for Meetings. But then the headphone will be having inbuilt microphone.

Very sturdy n tough with good range of 2-3 meters in room

Mechanically the implementation is OK. Unfortunately there is too much background noise, likely from the built in amplifier.
