Arrived alive and healthy. I followed the directions and released into my garden. Now it's up to them! Also got free stickers :) I will definitely order from them again.

The 3000 lady bugs arrived today and are already working to resolve the aphid epidemic. My normal delivery from Fed Ex is late afternoon/evening. The ladybugs arrived before noon. I doubled my order because I read a review from someone that said many had died. Mine arrived EXTREMELY Healthy and HUNGRY. Within seconds of being release they started hunting and you could see the aphids running from their lives. I had attempted with insecticides and soap sprays with practically no success. I wish I had gone this route earlier, the aphids killed most of my hot pepper seedlings and slowed growth of my bell peppers.

I was unsure if the ladybugs would be alive upon arrival as it took a week to receive them but they were all alive upon arrival. I opened the bag and let them settle on my plants. Checked the next day and could still see them on my plants. They took care of the aphids in perfect order. No more aphids on my daylilies!!

My ladies arrived in my house in NJ four days after I ordered them. It rained a lot today, so they spent about 4 hours in the fridge until the rain stopped. They were lively. I only saw one dead one in the bag.

Excellent product despite many perish in transit.Use as sun goes down not day time for best results.I buy them every year to help my roses from bugs.Place in refrigerator if u have to wait to use. It takes many to kill the bugs that attack plants. Results definitely are seen quickly.

I have a bug problem in my houseplant collection. These worked great although half showed up dead I probably didn't need all 1500 for my house lol.

Totally not worth it. I purchased two orders of ladybugs. They arrived in a mesh bag in a box. More than half of them were dead. I placed the bag on a branch of my Meyer lemon tree that is infested with white fly eggs. I tried help the ladybugs on the leaves but they kept falling to the ground. I kept trying to help them. They seemed malnourished and unable to get around. So I left the mesh bag on a branch hoping they would crawl out and find their way. I assumed they would find their way. The next morning, almost all of the ladybugs were on the ground under the tree dead. The bag was also full of dead ladybugs. Lizards were under the tree to get any that fell. I only saw two lady bugs in the leaves feeding. Not only is this a complete waste of money, it is cruel to the bugs. I am mortified! I cannot believe the cruelty of this business. Shame!

Excellent customer service. Delivered quickly and deployed them in my garden. Went out the next day, and all the acids were eaten up and happy ladybugs were flying around. Did not find any dead ladybugs at all, so very happy with this vendor
