I can’t say enough good things about this product. I tell everyone I know who is trying to conceive and having challenges or in the “high risk” category to try this. I was only taking this for about 1.5 months before getting pregnant in 2021 with my now 4 yr old son, so at that time I wasn’t certain what type of effects this supplement had on my pregnancy success. I did notice my cycle was very regulated on it. Fast forward to late 2024, after having multiple miscarriages and some challenges getting pregnant (and 2 years of TTC), I was determined to improve my egg quality as much as I could, and started taking this supplement again. Four months on the supplement and I got pregnant with a genetically healthy baby boy (currently 22 weeks pregnant). Not only did this help with my cycle and hormones, but I believe it had a big impact on the quality of my eggs, which allowed for a successful pregnancy this time around. I would suggest allowing at least 3 months on this product before expecting improvement in egg quality, as it takes 3 months for eggs to mature. Taking 6 pills a day is not that easy, and they do tend to make you sleepy due to the melatonin. I chose to take all 6 at once right before bedtime, although I know others might split up the doses throughout the day. I didn’t experience any significant side effects, other than drowsiness after taking them. They are a bit expensive, but soooooo worth it.

They WORK! THERE AMAZING

Holy smokes all I can say is wow, I was not expecting this to work THAT fast. Let me back up and say I’m a 36 y/o F with a recent 6 week miscarriage last July, no other children. It was devastating and after several months of trying and trying to no avail, I did some research and decided to give this product a try. It had a lot of great reviews and seemed to be the most comprehensive prenatal vitamin that claimed to also help support egg quality. I started taking it around Feb 20th or so and by the next month I could just tell something was different with my body. For example, I NEVER had cramping during ovulation but this time I actually had some spotting for 3 days after. It’s hard to explain other than just feeling like my hormones were surging stronger than ever before. Even my symptoms felt more intense (breasts more tender, etc.) so one month later, I’m happy to say we are expecting again 😀 I have faith that I had a good quality egg this time, so I am hopeful. Good luck to anyone still trying to conceive, don’t give up.

I have used this product two different times. The first time for about 3 or 4 months, after battling recurrent pregnancy loss. 3-4 months into taking this daily, I got pregnant with a healthy, genetically normal embryo, and delivered a healthy child (with the assistance of a fertility clinic). I firmly believe that this was the reason my egg quality went back up! I was on prenatals for years before this but there is something about the combination in this specific supplement that did the trick! Fast forward 3 years, I got pregnant again, miscarried. I started fertility treatment, and had success a couple of months later but miscarried early again. I ordered a bottle of FH Pro, and after 3 months of taking it, I got pregnant (with twins), and it finally stuck. I suspect egg quality has been my issue with my “unexplained infertility and pregnancy loss.” This has been the only thing that has fixed it. They say that you need to be on a supplement for about 3 months before it builds up to adequate levels in your system, and both times after 3 months I got pregnant! It’s expensive but worth it. If you add in all of those items separately, the price is probably the same.

Took for one month and it messed up ovulation. It made me have a smelly discharged. Extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend it.

Love this product help me very much so by regulating my cycle it actually helped my skin. It helped in so many ways if I could be a spokesperson for Fairhaven health, I would do it. Their product products are. Awesome
