have already bought it twice and I am happy with its quality. The seal doesn't work properly, which is expected as once a grain or two of the flour reaches the seal it gets stuck and prevents the closing, but this can be sorted with adding a clip. I would recommend that they change the way it is sealed.

We have been using this for new recipes recently, which have worked out well e.g. Home made chocolate bars and Pancakes. Works well in recipes and tastes good!

This is a must have for anyone on a Keto diet. I can cook my favourite cakes with it and it produces a good texture. Highly recommended.
