This is probably the best knife I've ever owned. As a Chinese style cleaver it's very heavy on the cutting side and this lends to, quartering a chicken for example, a breeze.

This is good one，I bought several this knife but this one much lighter. Previous one is 635g but now only 557g less 12.3%。I like old knives although some model.

Well this is for you. Hefty, sturdy and sharp enough. Definitely a chopper yet sharp enough to cut skinless meats and vegetables. Probably a go to self defense weapon if your home gets invaded. Negative would be fats and skin are not easily sliced through with a standard cutting motion. Good though.

Great knife cut though bone really easy to hold and very weighted for the job . At an adorable price.

This chef knife is very sharp and durable. It helps me a lot with vegetable and meat. But being sharp is not suitable for bones, this is a common sense.

This big boy could do a lot of damage if you aren't careful but my 60-year old, 5'2", 110 lb wife can handle it and says it's terrific, so no complaints.
