I don't usually rate reviews. So if I do it's exceptional. I have very sensitive eyes with autoimmune inflammation. I have tried just about every single water line liner out there. My eyes get so irritated and itchy and it feels awful. This Glides on like silk. Very comfortable no burning, I have absolutely no problem with this. I love the ingredients and I love the way it feels. I'll usually apply a second coat after I've had the opportunity to Blink a couple times and good to go. No streaking, no running. LOVE this eyeliner it goes on sooo smooth and glides on and the color quality is Amazing, but it’s NOT as smudge resistant as I would have liked! But still one of my favorite eyeliners so far out of probably 10 different brands I’ve tried on Amazon. Urban decay,ect.
