This is a decent true RF (not infrared) remote controlled relay. I use it to shut off the LED light strip for the awning on my motorhome. The remote is compact but solid and works fine. Labelling on the remote is a little misleading and opposite of what you would expect, showing a lock and unlock symbol. For my purposes it works. One position turns it on and the other off. I ignore the symbols on the remote. I would recommend it for a simple on off 12 volt switch. Range is fairly decent even though I put it under the seat with a lot of metal shielding it.

Works Great, good range I'm using it at about 200 feet no problems. I bought a second onefor my app. Their are no PAIRING instructions. Wanted the second receiver to run off one remote.Looked up the chips on the net and figured it out works great very happy. It would not of cost but a penny more to have the instructions for pairing them !!!

The media could not be loaded.  GREAT PRODUCT. this is by far the best switch that is sold on Amazon, it is very simple to set up and use only having 4 terminals. Seems to be high quality remote has a nice finish and has a good weight to it not feeling cheep. I would gladly pay double the price :)

Easy to install. The remote has plenty of range. Very pleased. If it had a cover for the contacts I would have given it 5 stars.

I did not try to use it immediately but when I did connect it up...it does not work...From now I will look to buy from a non-amazon market if available.. I received another one in the mail even though I was asking for a refund...I put the second one in and it did work... The load was approximately 5 amp. I will be sending the first one back??

It's exactly what I needed that way I didn't have to run wiring from the relay to inside of the car.Very simple to connect and to operate.Thank you very much for a simple solution.
