So happy, I ordered more!
These pants are awesome. I'm 5’7, just over 200, approx 43-inch hips so I ordered the x large regular length. They are slightly baggy but the waist is elastic with a drawstring. Very comfy. I love them! I ordered a second pair in a large. They fit very well. Still plenty of room. The fabric is nice, wrinkle-free, and looks great. They washed nice, with no fading or shrinking. I ordered the black. The fabric keeps its rich color. Order them! But I would suggest you don't size up. They are ample.

Comfy, roomy and wrinkled
I really like the style and they’re super comfortable. I’m 5’6”, 125lbs and could easily wear the XS, but I’m keeping the S because I don’t mind the extra room and the fabric hangs well. My only complaint is the wrinkles. I washed them twice but the fold lines (from the packaging) didn’t budge. The label says to use a cool iron, but even a very hot iron took a lot of work to smooth out those lines. If I have to keep doing that, I might change my rating.

Pants are long
I’m 5’11 and typically get tall pants. I’ve bought the tall in these pants, but sent back as they are way to long. They drug on the ground even with wearing Dansko shoes. Otherwise they fit good. I’ve purchased the extreme stretch in tall and they are it as long as these and fit better. So I will stick with that style.

These are the winner for the plus size woman!
I will write a review for all those plus size ladies that have trouble finding scrubs that fit. What I mean in a fit, meaning length, fit around the waist, thick thighs, rump. I am large all over. I have somewhat of a curve in my waist, but that is a problem area for me in the lower middle. I have wide rump, thick thighs, short torso and am 5'6". I am losing weight and just getting into a size 24w jeans from Torrid and Lane Bryant. The size 4x was not too much of a difference from the 3x in my opinion. If you are in between a size, then I suggest getting the larger size, but I found that they do loosen up quite a bit during the day, so that may help in your decision. The size 3x in this Dickies Extreme Stretch did fit and had extra room in the rump compared to the Cherokee and others I have tried on, HOWEVER, the thighs were a tad snug, but not horrible (the Cherokees thighs fit snug too). These had a much better fit than the Cherokees due to the higher waist and roomier hip and rump area. The waist has stretch. If you need to do plenty of bending and lifting, this scrub would be a better option compared to the Cherokee because with the Cherokee, you would need to be sure to wear an undergarment because they will show your back side, especially if you have a high booty crack like some people do. Even in the Cherokee size 4x, it had the same issue. Low hipster type pants, NOT meant for larger, rounder in the middle people. The length in both the Dickies and Cherokee Core Stretch pants were very long. These just about covered my feet up. Tends to be with all the scrubs. I had to hem these up at least 3". I would have had to do the same with Cherokee. The tie in the front does help. It is not a stretch tie but the waist does have plenty stretch, the elastic is probably about a 1/2" stretch band (wish they would make these bands at lease 2" wide for plus size ladies and make them pull on). The bottom near the hem does not have the ties. The Dickies feels like a silkier fabric compared to Cherokee. I chose the Dickies extreme stretch contemporary over the Cherokee Core Stretch mainly because of the higher waist fit. They are a little more comfortable, cover the rump even when bending down. I needed the Khaki and the Black. Khaki in the Cherokee is a very light Khaki but not see through, and in the Dickies, they are a shade darker, but not brown, more of a medium colored Khaki. Hope this helped in answering all your questions for these pants. I know I like details when placing an order for clothing online. Looks like that is what is going to happen now with all the store closures. : - ( And I find buying scrubs online is cheaper and they have more options in colors and sizes for the larger person, than shopping in our local scrub stores.

Cheap waistband
The waistband in this is not very thick. It’s very cheap looking and has minimal elastic to actually keep the pants on. They are not very stretchy at all either

I would have given 5
These bottoms literally feel like you’re wearing air. They’re so light, but they keep you warmer than heavier ones. The most comfortable bottoms I have ever had on. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they are so long. I got regular which are already a little long on me. But these fit like I got talks. It doesn’t stop me from wearing them I’m in love with them.

Form. Function. and Comfort. I sized down.
I've bought three of these in the last month. With plans to buy more. The first was a medium tall which I thought would fit my waist best. And when I say waist I actually mean my belly. I wear my pants about an inch below my navel. A medium tall was just too long for me. So I returned it and bought a medium regular and a small regular. The medium regulars I got to be yard work pants so I wanted them roomier but not quite so long as the talls. The small regulars fits me, but is a bit too long if I'm barefoot or in flipflops. But since it's got a drawstring I can just wear it a bit higher when I've got no shoes on.I'm 5 foot 7 inches. My actual waist is 27/28 inches. Where my pants sit is 30/32 inches and my hips are 38 inches. I got junk in my trunk and I wear anywhere from a size 6 to 10 in jeans (courtesy of US female clothing sizing being stupid, for real why can't it all just be sized like mens with waist, length and seat?)I've had a tough time finding pants that fit and are comfortable enough to wear the past few years. I can't do tight things over my abdominal area. I struggle with chronic migraine as well as unrelated stomach issues which combined gives me a lot of nausea so a tight band of jean fabric biting into my tummy when I sit down or lean forward just doesn't work for me anymore. And thus I've been wearing mostly pajama pants the last couple years. As soon as I get in the house I take the outside pants off and put on the pj pants. But really driving around in jeans was just miserable. So I started hunting for things like slacks and cargos. But even the ones with some stretch to the fabric cut into my tummy. And I don't wear tight pants, at all. So then I started thinking... there are some nice looking scrub pants out there.Once you cover up the waist band of these scrub pants they look like slacks. But have the comfort of a pajama pants waist. Which is EXACTLY what I was looking for.form, function, and comfort.

My favourite scrub bottoms!
The only scrub trousers I’ll buy - robust, flattering and affordable. I wear these scrub bottoms every day and they haven’t shown any sign of wear and tear after over a year of heavy use. So comfortable, just like wearing pyjamas!

Size runs large
I want to love these pants, I really do. I have others that I prefer much more than these though. Ordinarily, I wear a women's size xl, but I had to return for a smaller size. That being said, they are a comfortable material & cut. I do wish they had a better elastic in the waistband. The tie sometimes loosens through a long day of waking & bending. I find I have to pull them back up & tighten the drawstring repeatedly throughout my shift at work.
