Con toda propiedad digo que esto es excelente, tengo una rectificación cervical y por esto y otras cosas tengo años sufriendo de dolores en el cuello, hombros, espalda, hasta el brazo. hace ya 3 meses lo tomo y el dolor de un 10 esta a un 4, mi movilidad ha mejorado muchísimo, estoy feliz, al punto de que he decidido solo tomar esto en lugar de la medicación que me había indicado el ortopeda, he sentido una notable mejoría con esto en comparación con la Pregabalina que tomaba y sin los efectos secundarios!!

The price is right
I started taking these after reading about how Magnesium helps prevent migraines. The price isn't bad and I only have to take one per day since they are 400mg tablets.

Hard to swallow
These are huge, thick tablets. Normally, I have no trouble at all taking pills. These are totally different. Often, they didn't go down on the first try, or even the second. I bought the 250 mg caplets --- what a difference! The caplets go down effortlessly.
