Has anyone fit this mirror on to a lectric xp bike ? i suspect that it will probably involve either slitting the end of the grip or cutting a hole ?

I just received my Lectric 3.0 bike, and I'm trying to put a mirror on the end of the handlebars. Videos online show people cutting a hole through the soft rubber end bar, as you said, but the 3.0 has a very rigid cap on the end that looks unpenetrable. Will that cap pop off if I work at it, or is there a way to cut through the hard rubber cap?

Will it work on drop bar bikes? Can you actually see cars behind you?

I have it installed on my drop bar bike, I can see cars behind me when I remember to look at it and I have it adjusted correctly.

How stable is mount? I'be tried several bike mirrors over the years and almost all vibrate so bad that I can't even see anything in it.

I generally like this mirror on my road bike with drop bars, but it vibrates like crazy. It is Ok on smooth flat roads at 15mph or so, but if you go 30 mph down a chip-and-sealed road, you won't be able so see anything useful. It helps a little to ride in the drops, where the weight, pressure, and compliance of your hands and arms dampen the vibrations.

Will this fit on the handel bar of trek verve 3 hybrid?

It should fit on just about any handlebar opening as it is adjustable. You may be better off asking the Trek people because I have no idea what a Trek Verve Hybrid is.
