I’ve been using this Bluetooth sleep mask for a while now, and overall I’d definitely give it 5 stars, especially considering the price and what you get. The comfort level is excellent — the mask sits softly on your face without pressing on your eyes or ears, letting you fall asleep easily without feeling any discomfort. Many users also note how comfortable these types of masks can be for sleeping or travel situations once the speakers are positioned right. What really surprised me most was the audio quality. For a sleep mask in this price category, the sound is incredibly immersive — you can stream music, podcasts, or relaxing soundscapes directly from your phone without wires or disturbance while drifting off. Even though many sleep mask headsets aren’t designed to compete with premium headphones for audiophiles, the quality here is way above what I expected and more than good enough for bedtime listening. If I’m honest, the only minor feedback I’d offer is about the fastening strap at the back. It could be a little longer or more adjustable — as someone with a bigger head it felt slightly tight at first, and I had to stretch the mask a bit to get a comfortable fit. That said, it still closes securely and doesn’t affect its performance, so it’s a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things. One practical tip: if you plan on streaming from your phone throughout the night, make sure you leave your phone charging before you go to sleep — otherwise, you might find it drained in the morning! In summary: this Bluetooth sleep mask delivers on its promise — it’s soft, well-fitting, and the audio experience is surprisingly good for the price. A few small adjustments could make it even better, but it already earns a solid 5 stars for comfort, sound quality, and convenience.

Very comfortable sleep mask headphones. They completely block out the light. The eyes area has a nice cushion area to allow a gap and less pressure. The speakers are nice and thin and are easily adjusted for comfort allowing you to sleep without any ear discomfort. Has an easy to adjust Velcro strap to adjust size and the battery lasts many hours of constant use.

An item that is hard to come by, and given that the speakers is quite good, and that it’s comfortable to lay on the side despite the speakers, I’m quite satisfied. However, I had to make quite many adjustments for it to stay on through the night, and remove gaps that appear underneath. I wish it came with the band on top I sewed on, cause given that it’s supposed to stay on quite low on the head, it slipped right down. And I had to cut out the electronic device on the forehead and put it on the outside, cause that was quite uncomfortable. But the end result has been a game changer for my sound sensitivity in the night, and the fabric is very soft.

I prefer to fall asleep listening to something and so does my boyfriend. Only, our tastes differ in what we both prefer listening to. This mask allows the perfect compromise. It has significantly improved my sleep. The mask is very dark and comfortable, not pressing on your eyes face or ears. I thought the speakers may cause ear pain but they are fully inside the mask. No component goes into your ear. The speaker audio quality is VERY good and creates a cozy soundscape that simply radiates from the mask. I use it every night. One charge lasts me about 2-3 nights but I tend to always leave it on charge during the day in case of a cheeky afternoon nap. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a sleeping mask with bluetooth headphones.

Bought one a year ago. Although took some time to get used to and finding the right spot so it doesn't hurt my ears, it was a great pair. I've bought another one a year later because the charger port was damaged, and it was audibly worse. Loud noises distort and rattle, stereo is pretty bad, quality downgraded and overall not so good. The old ones had surprisingly good sound so I'm disappointed by the down grade. And yes it's easy to tell they're different speakers because the old one's had a fluent english power on/off voice and the new one's had an accent.

This is my fourth sleep mask (third one with headphones). The other two were from musiology. This is my first LC-dolida and i just had to leave a review! WOW! The best one yet. It comes with a charger cable and a travel bag (they all do though). This one however is truly a 100% daylight blackout mask, unlike all the other brands i've purchased before. Zero daylight! The inside is water/sweat proof, this is vital as all previous brands began to stink after a couple of weeks. The battery is very good and charges in less than one hour. It doesn't press against the eyes no matter which way you sleep. At the back of the mask there is an elastic strap with velcro on it, this is important because every other brand just has regular tape that doesn't stretch and consequently will fail within a year! The bluetooth function works first time and connects instantly every time. The musicology brand type is a little hit and miss. The outside material seems to be a of a higher standard too. The speakers sound great if not better than other brands i've tried (not that they were ever bad). 5 out of 5!!!

Comfortable and definitely darkens the room while wearing it. No light leakage at all. Bluetooth seems pretty stable when using it. I can't yet comment on battery life due to not having them long. Has really helped overnight with my tinnitus. Quality is ok but not great. Similar to the earphones. Eye pressure is pretty good and doesn't get uncomfortable while wearing them.

Very bad experience, when I sleep on my right it pushes my nose and I cant breathe anymore, also they don’t allow me to return it so I just waisted my money💔

J’ai testé ce masque pour dormir et écouter mes séances d’hypnose… et j’en suis ravie ! Le contour des yeux en mousse à mémoire de forme est incroyablement doux : les yeux ne sont pas écrasés. Le son est d’une très belle qualité, immersif sans être agressif. La texture du masque est agréable au contact de la peau, on l’oublie rapidement une fois en place. Un vrai petit bijou qui transforme l’endormissement en moment de pur confort. Je recommande à 100 % !

I have terrible tinnitus, I am very light sensitive, and I live in Sweden where we have very light nights in the summer, and I have tried so many different things to help me sleep over the years, but this is PERFECT! I can play white noise to drown out my tinnitus and the mask is super-comfortable and blocks out all the light. I toss and turn a lot at night and it didn't move and was comfortable to sleep on on my side. I also used it on a long train journey and slept like a log. I recommend recharging it each day after using all night.

It's very well padded in the front, I can't see any light coming through at all. The speakers are surprisingly good quality. It sounds very clear when positioned correctly and I can't hear anything if I don't have them on - meaning partners can sleep without being bothered by the noise. Cons: the speakers are obviously very hard, and there is basically no padding between the speakers and your ears, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The velcro strap is not made with long haired people in mind. Inevitably the velcro will get caught in your hair. Overal a great product, could definitely do with some improvements though
