Item arrived exploded and leaking all over itself and everything else in the box aswell

The product initially was supposed to be fine but the shampoo leaked everywhere and because we weren't able to give the gift for over a week by the time they opened it the zip on the washbag was corroded with dry shampoo, which must have happened a long time before we received it. So to open it we had to force it open and so the washbag was ruined and only half the shampoo was usable.If anyone else buys this for a gift please open it as soon as it arrives.

This set has two of the most popular products in our house, the hair and body wash in particular. It smells amazing and doesn’t hurt my girls’ sensitive skin. The bag is super cute and made well enough to last, my eldest has made it into her travelling toiletries bag. Considering the products themselves aren’t that cheap, it’s a decent value.

The only brand that tames my niece's curly wild hair. As it's an expensive brand I always buy a set for her birthday, this time around I bought the set with the bag to take on sleepovers or for swimming lessons. She loves it and well received by my sister too.

Item arrived on time but the wash bag has a split in it and the bubble bath and body wash were just in the bag without being stuck down (how they should be) and so had opened and so the bottled and inside of the bag are covered in the washes - seems like more out of the bottles than in them and a mess to clean up!
