UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: 1 chair fell apart, 2 chairs are a bit rough, and 1 chair is doing fine.At the time of this review it was $105/chair. That's a low price for a hydraulic, swivel bar stool.We purchased 4 of these stools. All of them are flawed in some way. Cracks in the plastic "chrome", seams do not align, and one has a box knife looking cut in the fabric underneath the seat.The blue metallic colour is fun if you're looking to move away from traditional brown and black bar stools. They have a smaller base, foot rest, and smaller seats than most bar stools I've owned. A bit wobbly and probably not great for fidgety people, extra large people, or little kids.They have a retro, American diner, '64 Corvette sort of look. Comfortable. Hydraulics are jerky. Gorgeous looking if you don't look too closely.

Trendy looking chairs. Easy to assemble. The only thing I dislike is the back of the chair isn't ergonomically suited. Its tilted back a bit too far and doesnt contact your back in a comfortable manner. I use a small cushion to support my back

These chairs are horribly noisy and squeak constantly while sitting on them. After 6 months the hydraulics go and the chairs slide down on there own when you sit down.

Well built, solid stools and incredibly easy to assemble. We bought 4 and I got them all set up in less than 20 mins. The unpacking took me longer than building them. Also - shipped super-quick. Arrived in 2 or 3 days from what I recall!

Great stool! I needed 3 and they are only sold in pairs, so I bought 2 pairs. Glad I did cause 1 of the seats was ripped. Now I'm just keeping it for spare parts incase I need it one day. Otherwise stools are fantastic.
