My vitamin d levels are great using this stuff.

My 19 yr old son is vit D deficient and experiences insomnia, depression, panic attacks, and hair loss. He took D & K2 gummies for 4 months and they helped some, but due to sensory issues, the flavor and texture wasn't palatable. I bought the drops and he doesn't mind it. Has zero flavor and an easy to use dropper.Update: Son's mood greatly improved on day 3. Soon after taking, he's tired and sleeps soundly. I believe these drops are more effective than the gummies.Update Oct 30: Early Sept, son said the oil made his throat feel strange so I decided to add it in his food and continued this until the end of Sept. then stopped all together. A month has passed without taking it. He had his vit D level checked this week and results showed a huge increase from 19 to 70, putting him the normal range! Hair loss stabilized, panic attack is now periodic anxiety, sleeps many hours.1/13/24 Another update! I'm age 55-never had my D level tested until last week and the result was a big surprse: 16.9 so my doctor said to take 2000IU D3 daily which is 4 droppers of the liquid. My blood pressure is very low 90/60 so I'm going to start with half the dose for now. Will update when my D level is checked again.

Quality vitamin D supplements are a necessity living in Alaska's interior. Even those of you with office jobs who don't see the sun much regardless where you live, may need to check out your D levels. Chronically low D seems to be an epidemic anymore. I had no idea how greatly a simple single vitamin effects so much of your health. I was tired all the time, my body was achy, I was depressed, my skin and hair looked terrible. I truly didn't know what was wrong (I am originally from Texas and outdoorsy so I got the D I needed). I also didn't know that a good diet still doesn't give the D you need, and living in northern latitudes sun exposure isn't strong enough. When I finally did the research it was clear that I was suffering from D deficiency, in just a year of living up here.I have seen HUGE improvements having taken this every day for about 5 months. It's tasteless and seems to be lasting forever. My kids take it without complaint. The liquid is absorbed easier than pill form. Seriously...get your D checked out, it's kinda a big deal. (Please tell me I'm not the only one who sees irony in that everyone needs some big D in their lives hahaha)

I haven't been taking this long enough to get lab results, but people should be aware that this has K2 MK4 in it, rather than K2 MK7. Despite all the rave reviews on K2 MK7, there is a large portion of the population that has severe reactions to it, including me. The vast majority of people with bad reactions to K2 MK7 do not have problems with K2 MK4. The most common reactions against K2 MK7 are heart palpitations, sometimes frightening enough for a hospital visit, and anxiety. Other reported reactions are mental fog and short-term memory problems, shortness of breath or sore lungs, joint pain, soaring BP, headaches, diarrhea, cold and/or numb hands and feet and, for some, feeling "poisoned." It may have to do with individual genetics. But if you have low Vit D that you need to get up and have had problems with other drops before, consider that it might have to do with the form of K2 included in it, rather than the Vit D itself, and give this one a try.

On my previous visit my Dr told me my vitamin D levels were low. I started taking this about 6 months ago and just had my follow up appt. Vitamin D levels were perfect. Couldn’t be any easier-just a few tasteless drops under the tongue and your good to go.

Great product easy to use. Several drops in my morning coffee each day.
