I bought these as my knees weren't feeling great when squatting. So glad I did buy them though as they have really helped, and enabled me to carry on with higher weights etc. The material is really strong and makes you feel supported even when you are squatting heavier amounts, plus it's super easy to use. Price is fantastic as well

OK, I'm a 45 year old chap, who regularly got into squatting this year. 3 to 4 times a week I hit the gym, squatting every session. 40, 80, 100, 110, 120, 130kg in sets of 8 to 10 reps. I would ache (a little), even after warming up. With the straps I don't ache and have squatted 140kg...tbh I probably had the strength to lift heavy earlier...but I wanted more support for my knees. These are strong, comfy,reasonably priced and do what I want them to. Would definitely recommend!

These knee straps are well made and look like they will last a long time. They have helped me increase my squatting weight significantly while protecting my knees. As others have said, they are slightly too short. But 2m seems to be the standard available. An extra 30cm would be useful, however I can use them easily at their current 2m length.

Product was well made BUT the distance between the Velcro Strip and the Velcro Fastening is so close it won’t go round my leg to fasten. If this is for Weightlifters they need to increase this by about 6 inches

Ideal if you have bad knees and need support for your squats. With a longer velcro tongue they should last longer than the other varieties I have used. Would I use them for my competitions....no, but a great help on lighter training.

Great product; excellent quality

My son does weight lifting he is 6"4 325 pounds and these wraps fit him perfectly. He used them to support his knees during dead lifting 400 pounds and they were exactly what he needed. They have held up to over a month now of 5 days a week work outs and are still in great shape.
