Great pergola and canopy for the price. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I fitted 12mm rubber grommets into the drainage holes so that the full width is protected from rain (very little extra pooling of water occurs - it just runs off the ends). If there's any corrosion over winter I'm prepared to give the frame a quick coat of Hammerite in the spring - no big deal considering the price.

It was ok to assemble ,it does look nice when up and ready. It’s nice and cosy any time of the day. The only problem we found is that with a bit of wind the bar in the middle bent and the canopy is very shaky. It’s still standing but I think we will have to put a metal bar over the join to stop it getting worse.we need it to last a bit longer than 3 weeks.

Ideal for the garden , great price well made , goes together easily although you will need another pair of hands at least .

Great item, a bit of a faff with the cover sheet but once started was quickly done. Sturdy even during strong winds but would most certainly advise either bolding to the ground, or, as we have, heavy sandbag weights bags (conveniently purchasable via Amazon,,,,lol)

2.5 actually out of 5 only because it is strong and fits the space well. Would say you need two people to put this up. Took about 3 hours mostly due to the middle section not fitting properly and so the tracks for the runners do not run smoothly. It looks good but the magnetic stop is not strong enough to hold the retractable roof back in the wind which we have had since putting it up. Instructions were straight forward. My biggest issue was the delivery which was late. When I contacted the seller they said no one was in at the time of delivery which was a lie. When I checked the tracking it hadn’t even arrived with the courier. Then I was asked to wait a few days, then it came the next day when no one was in and they left this massive package at my front door. Luckily for me a visitor to my house moved it. This has been a trial to say the least. Am very disappointed with the response of the seller who basically blamed me straight off for not being at home instead of apologising for what was clearly their error. Would not buy again.

We have large bifold fires which let the sun in all afternoon. Unfortunately there was no way we could buy an awning due to height of roof. This pergola did the trick. It shields the room and doors from the worst of the sun on summer days. I love the retractable awning. On full days we leave it open. It took my husband and I all day to assemble( the instructions recommend three people to be fair). It wasn’t difficult to assemble and is quite sturdy. The middle bar could do with being a bit stronger, especially on winday days. We have secured it to the side of the house and the floor, so it’s not going anywhere. We will remove the roof for the winter. Very pleased with the purchase, great value for money.

A very nice pergola except the very small magnet that should keep curtain secure but ours doesn't even on a still day. I have been in touch with the manufacturers? and submitted photos and a video at their request, I'm still waiting for their response.

4m x 3m pagola. Delivery only a day late but kept up to date on tracking item.and guy placed it round the back for me. My sister and I put this up together in about 3hrs (in our 50s) would be better with 3 people but we're not quitters . Putting the actual pagola up was very straight forward only had trouble putting canopy on as our hands our a bit weak and needed a strong hand to clip in . I'm not expecting it to be water resistant as I've soley bought this for shade and privacy from neighbours. have noticed a few tiny holes in fabric and in a slight breeze is a little bit noisy on the runners. But overall I'm very happy with this purchase and value for money especially prime deal price 😉
