Lokalart Charming Leather Diary With Strap 4.2 X 3.4 Inches Pocket-size Journal Hand Sewn (Pink)

I strictly watercolor & draw in this (I've purchased 2 already). The pages are so interesting to watercolor on, almost like some cloth-like material. I have to work quick to move the watercolor as absorbs quickly, it takes a bit of getting used to but the results are so cool. I put a piece of thin plastic or paper underneath to stop color from going over edge or through and getting on paper underneath, but even when it does go through (and it doesn't always depending on product used) even the back of the page looks painted, very cool I think. Anyway, I love this journal. The cover is a bit inconsistent in feel, my first was very stiff, my next was super soft & flexible, either way both are nice. If you don't mind painting and drawing on small pages, this is well made, lots of nice pages, and lots of fun. I love mine!

The binding isn't that great, but looks as pictured.

Love it! I was a little worried about the size before, but it is perfect for quick thoughts to jot down, and perfect for a daily journal! This has traveled with me to several countries in my very limited luggage space! Light to carry, and a great size to carry. On top of all the pros I've mentioned previously, this is also just an overall lovely journal. You can see that it is handmade, and it feels very special when placed in your palms!
