The 1mm packers consistently measure 1.5mm, which is a bit odd as the dimensional accuracy of thickness is the only property expected of a packer. The other sizes are not too bad. I think I know the reason, other manufacturers produce the 1mm shims with smooth sides whereas these are ribbed both sides to help keep them in place, the problem is the ribs together with the shim cant be manufactured as small as 1mm.Non of this is a problem if like me you have plenty of 1mm shims to hand as you can utilise the 1.5mm shims for situations where you want a cats hair or adjustment.

Had a big project on, so needed a lot of these to make something level, and pack some other parts out. Worked well, snap off easily too.
