Bought this to try to get ducks away from the pool. They come daily. The ducks absolutely unfazed by this. Got Intex Gator inflatable and it works better.

I was shocked at how small it was. I am sure the dimensions were in the description of the product but I didn't pay attention. I realize that was my fault but this is a completely useless product. We have been having trouble with ducks in our pool. I bought this just to see if it would work. I was so excited when I put it in my pool because it really does look real. Then next thing I know it had been sucked into the skimmer within an hour of putting it in there. I would pull it out and then it would be right back in there. I woke up this morning to an alligator head stuck in my skimmer and two ducks swimming in my pool. I know I should have payed better attention to the description but this item should be much bigger. It was a complete waste of my money.

I just put in my fish pond tonight to discourage predators. Hope it works. Another review stated fish like to hide underneath it. I like that idea as well. I’m pleased with appearance and size. It’s lightweight so may not stay in one place if that’s important to you. I’m so pleased that I ordered another.
