This is better than any icy hot or whatever I've found. A little bit goes a very very long way. Good price point as well. Word of caution. If you use your ungloved hand to apply, wash your hands at least 3 times with a GOOD dish detergent, and do not touch any sensitive areas like rubbing your eyes, scratching your ears, for at least 15 minutes. Found out the hard way on that. Do totally recommend as a chiropractor recommended it to me many many moons ago.

This is my second bottle of this gel ointment. This stuff works so great for any discomfort in my shoulders, knees, when I have leg cramps and even when my toes want to cramp up from being on my feet all day! Love this stuff and it has a great smell!

I've been using horse gel for several weeks and the results have been excellent. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star review is that my 89-year-old mom who has advanced hip arthritis didn't feel any relief. I didn't try item myself, but would order again to try on MY aches and pains. We have not found any relief from any company for a similar product, which is due to her diagnosis.
